1. Services

Train with ConRi provides:

• Online dance classes (live and recorded)

• Subscription-based access to training videos

• Private lessons (online and offline)

• Information about offline classes and events

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are recurring and billed automatically according to the plan selected.

• Coupon codes may be applied as per current promotions.

• No refunds are offered for subscriptions, classes, or private lessons once payment is completed.

• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Access remains until the end of the billing period.

3. Use of Content

• All videos, materials, and resources provided are for personal use only.

• Sharing, distributing, reselling, or making content publicly available without written permission from ConRi is strictly prohibited.

• Breach of this condition may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

4. User Conduct

• Users must treat instructors, staff, and other participants with respect and courtesy.

• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate removal without refund.

• You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or in ways that could damage, disable, or impair the services.

5. Health & Liability Disclaimer

• Dance and fitness activities involve physical exertion. By participating, you confirm that you are in suitable health and fitness condition.

• You should consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise program.

• Train with ConRi and its instructors are not liable for any injury, accident, or health issue arising from participation in classes, whether online or offline.

• Participation is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, including but not limited to videos, class materials, branding, and website content, are the property of ConRi and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any material without written consent.

7. Termination of Access

• ConRi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if users violate these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

ConRi may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
